Chiropractic

Our chiropractors are specialists in neuro-functional assessment and treatment incorporating soft tissue work, electro-ACUPUNCTURE and many other modalities to accelerate healing and maximize adaptability. Other modalities include - Cupping, Graston, Kinesiotape, Red Light Therapy.


Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapist use a combination of manual therapy and movement therapy to take rehab and training to the next level. By mixing different methods such as Pilates, ELDOA and hands on therapy, each session is tailored to our patients’ specific needs.


Massage Therapy

Our massage therapists focus on sports and Swedish massage, with an enhanced knowledge in assessment and anatomy. Lymphatic drainage massage is also offered which is an excellent complement to contrast therapy. At some of our locations our massage therapist also offers Cosmetic Acupuncture.


Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture

With traditional chinese medicine acupuncture we offer cosmetic and/or facial rejuvenation acupuncture which may include acupuncture, facial acupuncture, celluma light therapy, jojoba oil, facial cupping, gua sha, and cold jade stone rolling as well as other modalities.


Treatment Modalities

These Treatment Modalities can be used on their own by the patient, with supervision and under the guidance of a licensed health care practitioner. These can include Red Light Therapy, Normatec Compression boots and Contrast Therapy.

Jenna is a licensed Chiropractor and Neurofunctional Sports Performance Therapist.

In 2019 she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University. At McMaster, Jenna was a Strength & Conditioning Coach to various varsity teams and made return to play protocols for injured varsity athletes during her fourth year Kinesiology placement. This is where she developed her passion for treating sports related injuries. Jenna completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at D’Youville University and continued to refine her skills in movement & exercise rehabilitation with Division 2 varsity athletes, while completing her doctorate course work.

In practise, Jenna employs a variety of manual therapy skills such as Active Release Technique (ART), McMaster Medical Contemporary Acupuncture, athletic taping, cupping, joint mobilizations and adjustments as well as exercise rehabilitation to facilitate injury treatment and prevention. She is passionate about treating the person as a whole and uses neurofunctional testing to identify dysfunctional movements in the kinetic chain to treat pain with movement disorders and sports related injuries.

Arianne is a former Division I soccer player who brings a wealth of experience and expertise in sports physiotherapy. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Indiana University and went on to specialize in sports rehabilitation, earning her Sports Specialist Designation in the United States. After returning to Canada, she further enhanced her credentials by obtaining her Sports Certificate through SPC.

She is passionate about helping athletes of all ages and competitive levels achieve their health and wellness goals. Arianne emphasizes quality care, evidence-based practice, and patient education. Her approach focuses on addressing the root cause of injuries to improve physical health and reduce the risk of future injuries. She is dedicated to delivering personalized care, effectively integrating movement-based strategies to achieve optimal outcomes

Her certifications include Contemporary Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture, Level 1 Dry Needling, Myofascial Decompression (cupping), M1 Graston Technique, Registered International Sports Physical Therapist and Personalized Blood Flow Restriction Rehabilitation.
